Scheduling

Our scheduling is designed to allow the proper amount of time to complete your service. We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Credit Card Guarantee

All services need a credit card guarantee against late cancellation and missed appointments. When making your spa reservation, please have a Visa or MasterCard number ready.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

24-hour cancellation notice is required for all services to avoid cancellation charges of the cost of services reserved. If the reserved time can be filled, no charges will be made.

Reservations

Our reservation desk is open Monday-Wednesday 9am-5pm, Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-5pm, and Saturday 10am-5pm. Call 209-956-4260 to have one of our spa coordinators help you with your request. You can also email us.

Dress

Complimentary robes and slippers will be provided. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Jewelry

Please leave valuables at home. Sorry, we cannot be responsible for them.

Adult Serenity

To maintain our peaceful spa environment, the facility is reserved for adults. No children under the age of 16 are allowed, unless accompanied by parent or guardian.

Courtesies

Your time at CSL Spa is for self-renewal and relaxation. Please turn all pagers and cell phones off. Please use a quiet voice when in the Spa.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included with any service or gift card. We provide gratuity envelopes at the front desk for your convenience.

Gift Giving

The perfect gift is a call away. Spa gift cards are issued for Spa Dollars to be used toward services or merchandise.

Corporate Rewards

The perfect way to show your appreciation is with a gift of relaxation from CSL Spa. Delight your staff with "spa rewards" for achievements, promotions or holidays. Allow us to help you design your corporate appreciation program by sending us an e-mail at spa@californiaskinlaser.com.

Products by Mail

You may order your CSL Spa products via phone or e-mail. There is a small postage and handling fee.

From Interstate 5: Take March Lane east; turn left on Venetian Drive; turn left onto St. Marks Plaza; turn right into the driveway next to the building.

From Pershing and March Lane: Take March Lane west; turn right on Venetian Drive; turn left on St. Marks Plaza; turn right into the driveway next to the building.
